Shipping and postage

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!  Postage is calculated at the current Australia Post rare.  

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately no, StickyBoo packs are posted regular mail within Australia Post and they do not offer tracking on regular mail.  International mail is sent air mail with Australia Post and they do not offer tracking.  If you would like tracking, please select the parcel post option.


I didn’t receive my stickers this month, what should I do?
If your stickers haven’t arrived, please get in touch and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.  Simply contact us at hello@stickyboo.com.au

Can I change my postage address?
To keep your details and address up to date, simply log into your user account and update your information.

When I log into my account, my order says ‘processing’. What does this mean?
This means we’re busy packaging your order and preparing it for posting.  When your order has been posted, we’ll send you an email to let you know. 

New products, Out of stock products, Product photos

Love a product that’s ‘Coming Soon’ or ‘Back Soon’. When will it be available?

Make sure your user account is up to date or sign up to our newsletter and you will be one of the first to know about gorgeous new products or when products are back in stock. 

My StickyBoo pack is slightly different to the pictures?

When we plan and purchase stickers for your amazing StickyBoo packs, sometimes we need to order sets of stickers to get the amount of stickers needed to keep you sticking away. Sometimes these sets include a series of the stickers sheets with slightly different colours, pictures or characters. That’s why your pack may be a little different from the ones pictured.


Billing, Refunds and Cancellations

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds once a plan or product has been paid for or for personalised products

How do I cancel my plan?

We will miss you….  simply log into your user account and you can cancel it in there.  You need to cancel before your next billing date to stop the next billing cycle
